Functioning of the immune system requires the coordinated expression and action of many genes and proteins. With the emergence of high-throughput technologies, a great amount of molecular data is available for the genes and proteins of the immune system. However, these data are scattered into several databases and literature and therefore integration is needed.
In this work, we present a built-in filter method to enhance the isolation level between closely packed MIMO antennas. The built-in filter is composed of several slits etched on the ground of the antenna structure. An exploratory study on the prosodic signaling of ‘confirmation’ in Swedish is presented. Pairs of subjects read short dialogs, constructed around selected target words, in a conversational style. A falling utterance intonation was found on the target word, and the signaling of word prosody (lexical pitch accent) appeared to be, to a certain degree, optional.
The purpose of this paper is to examine current practices of load factor utilisation of road transport. An interview study of five shippers and two transport providers were conducted. The research shows that transport providers seem to work efficiently with operational practices to improve the load factor, but the load factor seems not to be highly prioritised when it comes to strategic decisions.
