This thesis has focused on the regulatory roles of TGF-b on normal lymphocytes. One interesting finding is that TGF-b acts both costimulatory and inhibitory on T-lymphocytes. Med syftet att studera hur Östersjöns kustmiljö har förändrats sedan mitten av Holocen (~5000 år sedan). Resultaten visar att kustmiljön har påverkats av flera stressfaktoIn this thesis, I used two coastal sediment sequences from SE Sweden to study how Baltic Sea coastal environment has changed since the mid-Holocene.
