Biodiversity at Linnaeus' birthplace in Stenbrohult, southern Sweden. 4. The vascular plant flora and its changes.

We review the history of floristic studies of the parish of Stenbrohult, southern Sweden, where Carl Linnaeus was born in 1707 and spent his summers until 1728. Unfortunately, Carl Linnaeus never made a list of the wild vascular plants at his birthplace, although he mentioned at least 64 species from the parish of Stenbrohult in various manuscripts and books. However, he said that Stenbrohult was

Clinical consequences after heart transplantation with reference to osteoporosis, renal function, and immunosuppression. Experiences from Skåne University Hospital in Lund 1988-2019.

Background. Heart transplantation (HT) remains the ultimate final therapy for patients with end-stage heart failure. To prevent rejection of the allograft, life-long immunosuppressive therapy is required. As survival after HT has improved over the past decades, long-term complications, such as chronic kidney disease (CKD) and osteoporosis, are of increasing importance for morbidity and mortality.

Essays on Empirical Macroeconomics

Popular Abstract in Swedish Denna avhandling består av 5 fristående uppsatser i makroekonomi. Den första uppsatsen behandlar agregerad privat konsumtion. Det har nyligen föreslagits att hushållens konsumtion av icke-varaktiga varor reagerar asymmetriskt på positiva och negativa inkomstförväntningar. I denna uppsats undersöker vi huruvida detta är beroende på hur hushållens förväntningar modelleraThe first essay reexamines the proposed presence of so-called loss aversion in aggregate consumption. Recent empirical and theoretical studies have suggested, that consumption growth reacts asymmetrically to positive and negative expected income growth. After investigating the case for Swedish consumption using survey data, and a panel of annual observations on 15 OECD countries, we conclude that
