Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur Europeiska Unionens (EU) lagstiftning avseende saluföring av utsäde av köksväxter påverkar mångfalden av växtgenetiska resurser samt att utreda potentiella förbättringsförslag till den nuvarande lagstiftningen.
