In light of a feminist read of violence as existent along continuums, this study examines how violence against women and girls is discursively represented in Northern Ireland’s strategy to End Violence Against Women and Girls. This is done based on Carol Bacchi’s “What’s the Problem Represented to be” approach to policy analysis, through which two prominent problem representations were identified.
